Sinchold is a comprehensive manufacturer and trading entity specializing in the R&D, engineering, sales, production, installation, and technical services of rail system products. Our offerings include railway fastening systems, railway switch series, integrated rail fastening systems, crane rail clamp series, steel plate processing, rubber product manufacturing, and rail installation services (i.e. rail welding and grouting construction). Our products and services are widely applied in industries requiring rail transportation, including railway transit, ports, shipyards, steel mills, power plants, refineries, mining, metallurgy, heavy machinery, aerospace, and automated warehousing etc.

Headquartered in Wuxi — a hub of innovation and advanced manufacturing in the Yangtze River Delta — our engineering and production facilities are located in Nantong, adjacent to Shanghai, the economic and financial center of the Asia-Pacific region. We have invested in state-of-the-art production lines, including rail clip, spike, and rail clamp forging production lines, CNC laser machining centers, KUKA robotic welding systems, and rubber vulcanization production lines. Backed by robust technical expertise, advanced manufacturing processes, a comprehensive ISO TQM system (IQC, IPQC, OQC, FQC...), reliable after-sales service, and a strong reputation, we are well-equipped to meet the diverse needs of global clients. To address the growing demand in the Middle East, we established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, in early 2024, providing prompt and sustainable local technical services to major clients, including Saudi Aramco.

corporate milestones

2017 – Setting Sail

Named "SINCHOLD" by an overseas Chinese friend, inspired by the homophone of "New Voyage," symbolizing stability, longevity, and sustainable development. In the same year, the company partnered with Wison Heavy Industry for the rail system project at the Zhoushan Offshore Base and provided technical solutions, products, and installation services for the bucket wheel excavator project at the Kawasaki coal-fired power plant in Myanmar.

2018 – Partnering with Giants

For the first time, the company collaborated with a Fortune 500 company, establishing a long-term partnership with Germany's SMS Siemag AG to design, supply, and install intelligent industrial rail system. The same year, SINCHOLD delivered and installed a flexible rail system for the rocket launch platform at the China Aerospace (Wenchang) Base, achieving an installation precision of 0.5 mm per 200 meters (far exceeding the ISO 12488-1 Class 1 tolerance standard). Additionally, the company provided a high-precision circular rail system and installation services for a nuclear power plant project in Fujian under the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC).

2019 – Competing Overseas

The company participated in the bidding for the rail system EPC contract for the Marine Yard Project by Aramco in Dubai, standing out through five rounds of competition and defeating global giants such as ArcelorMittal and Belgium's GANTREX, a company with nearly a century of history. In the same year, SINCHOLD undertook the design, product supply, and installation of the automatic steel coil conveyor line for Formosa Plastics Group's Fuxin Special Steel Mill, earning high praise from SMS's chief engineer.

2020 – Expanding Production Capacity

An 8,000-square-meter factory was launched in Wujie, Nantong to produce all products under the SINCHOLD brand's flexible rail systems. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic and power restrictions, the company continued to expand its production capacity by adding new equipment.

2021 – International Labor Deployment

won the bid for the 95-kilometer industrial rail construction project for PowerChina in Saudi Arabia. Executed strictly in accordance with the ISO 12488 Class 1 tolerance standard, this project solidified SINCHOLD's reputation as a top-tier team for high-precision rail construction.

2022 – Brand Expansion

The company signed a long-term agency agreement with Trackx, a subsidiary of France's SOMARAIL Group, marking a significant step in expanding its product presence in the European market. In the same year, long-term agency agreements were signed with distributors in Russia, India, Vietnam, Australia, Singapore, and Taiwan.

2023 – Tapping into the Russian Market

The company signed a cooperation agreement with the Yekaterinburg Municipal Group in Russia to jointly undertake the city's tram rail renovation project. In the same year, SINCHOLD's products were selected for the high-speed rail project connecting St. Petersburg to Moscow.

2024 – Deepening Presence in the Middle East

The establishment of a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia marked SINCHOLD's firm foothold in the Saudi market, contributing to the country's Vision 2030 reform and opening-up initiative. By this time, the company had grown into an enterprise with revenues exceeding 300 million RMB and over 250 employees worldwide.
